2019 saw the return of Cardiff Science Festival. With a new organising team and a new vision of how to make an amazing science festival, Cardiff Science Festival took over the capital for 4 days at the end of February. The festival reached nearly 10,000 people through over 30 events. Attendees to the festival were able to train like astronauts, discover the National Museum Cardiff after dark, explore Cardiff wetlands and many more amazing events.

The Cardiff Science Festival previously ran until 2014. Over several years, the festival hosted many events across Cardiff and Cardiff Bay, inspiring and educating people about science, technology, engineering and maths
